When Can You Request a Refund or Return?

You may request a refund or return only under the following conditions:

Item Arrived Damaged

A clear video of the damaged item must be provided as proof.

Product Has Poor Quality

The product must be unopened, untampered, and in its original packaging. A video showing the untouched product along with a brief explanation is required.

How Our Return Process Works

Step 1 – Contact Us:

We will reach out to our supplier (e.g., Walmart) and request a prepaid return label on your behalf.

Step 3 – You Receive the Return Label:

Once we receive the label from the supplier, we’ll send it to you via email. Simply print and attach it to your return package.

Step 4 – Return the Product:

Drop off the return package at the designated shipping location provided.

Step 5 – Refund Issued:

After the supplier confirms receipt and approval of the returned item, we will issue your full or partial refund within 5–10 business days.
